LIFE TRANSITIONS

Changes in your life can leave you feeling unstable, anxious, sad, depressed, and unsure what to do.
Losing a job, changing careers, ending or beginning a relationship, losing a loved one, or discovering that you’re just not happy where you are: this can be a stressful, confusing time. Sometimes the ways you’ve coped with stress or change no longer work. Some life changes can be overwhelming and too complex to solve by yourself.

This could be a good time to ask for help. Sometimes asking for help, in itself, can bring relief. In an open and non-judgmental way, I help others make sense of what’s happened, gain new perspectives, and begin establishing stability. I can help you find a healthy way to manage difficulties. With a different approach, it is possible to invite change, rather than resist it. When you can accept transitions as the normal course of events, you can begin to more fully appreciate the beauty of life.
