Therapy for Individuals

The therapeutic relationship is unique and powerful, capable of changing one’s trust in others and, most importantly, in oneself.

My calling is to be of service to others.  I accept this responsibility with honor and integrity, always developing and challenging myself to the fullest so that I may pass on what I learn to others, to help reduce suffering, and to promote living fully and energetically from the heart.

I’ve helped many people become accustomed to feeling more empowered, less driven by anxiety, free from tiresome ways of being that no longer serve.  I’ve helped many people find and honor their deepest needs.  And I’ve helped many listen to their truth and regard it with highest priority.

I help others go from living in fear and defensiveness, from unconscious and limiting patterns of behavior, into living from one’s center.  When you feel grounded and centered, you can open your heart and choose what’s best for you in any given moment.  You learn to care for yourself in a new way.  You learn to trust in yourself.

What excites me is meeting and working with people who are curious and ready for change, who are prepared to embrace a shift in what it means to be alive. I provide therapy that is gentle and supportive, and takes you to your healing edge.  I work with the mind, the body, and the emotions, an integrative approach that can lead to a healing experience.

New stages of growth often emerge from encountering that which we'd prefer to avoid.  I’m active, attuned to others’ in-the-moment needs, and I create an experience that alternates between stillness and action, contemplation and engagement. I strive to be fully present and right with you as you begin to open to your deepest self.

I can help you develop a heightened awareness of your internal experience. This will help inform you of who you are, when it is safe to open, and when it is best to hold your boundary and protect yourself.  From this place we make our best choices, we know what to do.  And when we are unsure, we feel secure enough to ask for help.

Does Any of the Following Sound Familiar?

  • You are ready for change, and you are tired of trying the same things repeatedly and getting the same result.
  • Feeling stuck, you are increasingly conscious that time is passing.
  • You want more fulfilling relationships, but you also have a way of giving up your power in order to maintain the relationships you have.
  • You frequently second guess yourself.
  • You no longer want to be limited by what happened to you, by what others did to you, or did not provide; you want to move on.
  • You carry a persistent internal critic, leading you into a negative loop; it’s a downer and gets you nowhere but you can’t seem to get rid of it.
  • Others appear to move through life with greater fluidity, and you want some of that.
  • You want to live in the present, to let go of the past, to not worry so much about the future.
  • You are ready to become the architect of your own reality, to live in your truth, and stay connected to your value.
