I value deep and meaningful contact in my relationships, and in my work helping others it is the same.  I offer depth therapy, a style that moves fluidly from present to past and back to a clearer and more empowered present.

I trust in the healing power of relationships.  In my work with others, I welcome all feelings and expression, from joy and hope, to the darker emotions you may have learned to hide. My own extensive personal work is ongoing and never-ending, which helps keep me grounded in my body, clear in my mind, open in my heart, and ready to help others.

I believe in many forms of healing, and have tried many, and I’ve found psychotherapy to be unique in that it offers a healing relationship.  I’ve had many wonderful teachers throughout my life, from creative writing to tennis, swimming, yoga, meditation, photography, and psychotherapy.

I used to think a teacher would appear in my life through chance.  But I started to notice that a guide would appear around the moments when I was most vulnerable, open, ready for growth, and ready to receive help.

I listen to what is being said, and what is being communicated, which are often two different things.  In this way I am able to sense what a person is calling for in any given moment, and where I need to be of help.

Only by coming from an authentic place in our heart can we enter relationships with flexibility, strength, confidence, and openness. If loving, trusting relationships seem out of reach, if you are stuck in the ones you have, if you are feeling flat, or tired of trying so hard on your own, our work together will help shift your perspective. Together we will find your path towards the strength and richness within you, and to create real and lasting change.

From an early age I was sensitive to and present for others.  I developed what I was given; I'm now present by choice to help others in a still and spacious way.  In my life I’ve experienced the deadening weight of despair, as well as the overwhelming joy that comes from feeling compassion for all beings.  I find that when I prioritize myself, when I’m tuned in and living in personal integrity, when I’m grateful for the life I have before me, I am free.

I ask that you make your work with me a priority, that you value yourself so much that keeping yourself in mind, taking great interest in your present experience, becoming aware of and inviting what you need, becomes a devotional and spiritual way of living.

I’ve helped many people come to believe in themselves and to open to their true nature, which is love, forward movement, expansiveness, creativity, and aliveness.  This has been a gift to me, and it is the gift I offer.
